A flexible gooseneck microphone connects to the transmitter and locks in place to be directed for optimum sound pickup. The custom designed electret condenser capsule is mounted into a purpose-built suspension to avoid keying noise and unwanted resonant frequencies. When powered up- the transmitter auto-pairs with the rechargeable stomp-style floor receiver- which also doubles as a digital tuner- DI box and charging station for the transmitter. Wireless transmission is on the license-free 2.4GHz band with an all digital signal path and frequency hopping for continuous and reliable connection. 11 preset EQ profiles and 2 user-editable EQ settings are accessible from the colour on-screen menu- along with tuner display and wireless settings. The top mounted footswitch can be set to switch a signal boost- mute- the tuner or engage the send-return loop- and the footswitch also doubles as a rotary encoder for the onboard menus. Main output is via balanced XLR on the rear of the receiver- with additional send-return and output jacks and a USB-C port for updates and PC audio streaming.
